MOVIES WEEK WITH GOOGLE: Do you think age restrictions for movies are effective?
Not at all😂
Lets be honest, we have all snuck into rated R movies when we were younger or just watched rated R movies online at home.
I see the age restrictions for movies as a suggestion, nothing serious😂
Like yeah your 13 year old daughter probably shouldn't watch Magic Mike but we all know her and her friends are gonna watch it at girls night anyway... like have you guys seeeennnnnn Channing Tatum? Yes please😍
I don't know if you guys have even noticed but back in the day they would say "children under 13 are not allowed to see this movie without parental supervision", nowadays they say "this movie MAY NOT be suitable for children under 13". So its like everyone knows people get around to watching whatever they want, its just a suggestion that kids shouldn't watch it.
In all honesty I think of myself as a very mature person and my parents also think that, (I hope), so they never really got upset or mad at me if I told them I'm watching a rated R movie at a young age. But one of my friends at the time had very strict parents when it came to watching rated R movies especially ones that had a lot of spicy and lovey scenes, if you know what I mean😂 So lets just say we didn't really tell them about the movies we watched...
Because of young kids being exposed to so much technology and social media lately I feel like they witness "Rated R content" on a daily, whether that involves using curse words or watch dirty videos online , etc. Saying movies have age restrictions now is pointless because that content isn't new to anyone now.
Would you guys care if your kids watched rated R movies at a young age? Leave a comment down below and let me know!!!
